Representative Director Mie Kajikawa participated in the Sport Positive Summit 2025, held in London last week.
Since 2021, Sport For Smile has been promoting the Sport For Smile Planet League, which aims to "accelerate climate change responses through the power of sport."
Starting this year, we have also helped in promotion as an ally of the Sport Positive Summit 2025.

The Sport Positive Summit is the world's highest sustainability summit in the sports world, organized in collaboration between the United Nations and the IOC. It brings together world-renowned sports organizations, including signatories to the UN Sport Climate Action Framework, as well as the Premier League and US professional sports, to share knowledge and discuss ways to drive sustainability in the sports world.
This year, the event was held on October 7th and 8th, at the Queen Elisabeth II Centre in central London, and on the evening of the first day, the Sport Positive Awards winners were announced and the award ceremony was held, with our Founder Mie Kajikawa serving as a judge.

The two-day summit, which began with a keynote speech by the UK Climate Secretary, consisted of mainly panel sessions featuring speakers from prominent European and American sports organizations and representatives from Brazil, the host country of this year's COP 30.
This year, the J.League also took the stage from Japan, and in the morning of the second day, roundtable discussions were held in which groups discussed specific topics that are considered challenges on the ground.

The day before, the annual General Assembly of signatories to the UN Sport Climate Action Framework was held, where the signatory organizations participating in the summit gave presentations on their activities and exchanged opinions.
The day after the summit ended, tours of local facilities were also held, and summit participants visited sports facilities that are driving sustainability, such as Wimbledon, the O2 Arena, and Arsenal Stadium.

Thank you for this valuable opportunity, and we would be grateful if those who attended from Japan could share their thoughts and comments!
